The following procurement courses have been developed by Treasury's appointed training provider, Major Training Services:
- "Procuring Goods and Services" (one day duration);
- "Managing Contracts" (one day duration); and
- "Procurement and Contracting for Construction" (two days duration).
The courses focus on Tasmanian Government procurement policies, guidelines and best practice procedures and are suitable for all staff who are involved in any phase of procurement and contract management.
The courses are managed through The Training Consortium and are conducted in metropolitan Hobart and/or regional Tasmania, as required. A list of current course dates, costs, registration forms and further information is located on TTC's website > Our courses > Procurement and Contracting.
