The Procurement Framework is being refreshed through Single Form Tendering.
All updated procurement and contract documentation in relation to Single Form Tendering will be available from 16 April 2026.
From 16 April 2026, a new Tasmanian Government Supplier Code of Conduct comes into effect. From this date, all Suppliers entering into a contract to deliver goods, services or works to the Tasmanian Government must comply with the Code.
The
Supplier Code of Conduct
and a
Fact Sheet about the Code
are now available.
A new Buy Local Policy came into effect from 1 January 2026 and is available
here
