​Some of the Common-use Contracts established by the Department of Treasury and Finance are available for optional use by Government Business Enterprises (GBEs), State-owned Companies, statutory authorities and Local Government.

Organisations that satisfy Income Tax Exempt Charities (ITEC) requirements may also qualify to use some contracts. These organisations can apply for authorisation to access the contr​acts below (as indicated in the table) by completing and returning the contract access application form.
