Scope of this Contract
The EVCI contract covers the supply, installation and optional maintenance of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at government agency parking sites.
Additional suppliers will be added to the panel as contracts are finalised.
Exclusions
The EVCI contract does not include charge management software or site readiness works (including structural works or electrical supply upgrades required to connect the chargers).
Individual agencies are responsible for the work associated with site readiness at each of their parking sites.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in the Customer Order Form. Agencies are to pay correctly rendered invoices within 14 days of receipt, except if expressly stated otherwise in the Customer Order Form.
Delivery Terms
Delivery terms are as specified in the Customer Order Form. No additional cost or changes, except as set out in the order form, are to apply.
Warranty
Warranties are detailed within the Part C – Products and/or Services Catalogue available for each Supplier. Agencies should ensure those warranties are fit for purpose and meet their operational needs. Further details regarding supplier warranty information can be obtained from the Department of Treasury and Finance.
