What services can agencies provide me with during the bidding process?
Government agencies will:
- answer your questions either individually or at pre-tender briefing sessions (note that any information provided to you will also be provided to your competitors to ensure that everyone is competing on a level playing field);
- provide feedback through a debriefing session if you were not successful; and
- investigate any complaints you may have with regard to purchasing procedures.
Can I suggest a better way of doing a job?
The Government is open to innovation and ideas but you should check first with the agency contact to determine whether an alternative suggestion would be considered.
What can I do if I don't understand the specifications for a purchase?
